Dear Reader

Three short weeks... part of me is delighted, the other part of me goes – eish! How am I going to get through everything I need to in a shorter time?

One of the things on my To Do list is to grow the traffic to the Women Inc. Online Magazine. My immediate reaction to this job was to look at all the things I needed to do to get it done, and I immediately felt overwhelmed. As always I internalized the responsibility and tried to fix it myself. I had to remind myself once again – that I am not a lone ranger and that it is not a bad thing to ask for help.

There is a fabulous quote by Rona Barrett, β€œThe strong individual is the one who asks for help when she needs it. Whether she has an abscess on her knee or in her soul.”

What problem/project are you working on at the moment? Have you thought about asking others for help? Why not ask them for help today - you really stand to lose nothing by asking.

Rachel
