A hypnotic bliss That charms diligence delightfully Inducing nature Like the exotic jewels of India The depth of Africa The myths of Greece The tales of the Nile The walls of Israel And the royals of Egypt
Bred from a majestic womb You cry sweet wine drops More vivacious than the beads of the North More supreme than the wealth of the West And more divine than the law of the world;
You shame dwellers of the dongas With your dignifying presence so intricately dominant, For so ablaze is your spirit it demands an exhibition. A dazzling stature so bewilderingly subtle It demises those so vainly flaunted
You’re a humble echo that rhythmically drums legacy Fair as the moon and bright as the sun Kgosikgadi, Nkosasana, Mofumahadi A glittering heap of complex beauty A siren that wails in the valleys Awaking Gods that chant brewed culture. Like a beam of light you gleam in the dark And lead our path. Queen- Your head crowns you.
