There are two forms of capitalism that prevail in the business world today. These two types have strikingly different implications for the way organisations are led. The Anglo/Western capitalism reflects a tough ruthless, asocial and profit-at-any-cost business philosophy. On the other hand, Rhineland capitalism, in operation in much of Europe and the East, exhibits a form of corporate leadership which revolves around a focus on all stakeholders, including society, and is sharing.

Inspiration is an important leadership trait. People want to be inspired and will follow those that inspire them. Being inspiring means telling people how your organisation is going to change the world. Sometimes it can be as easy as learning how to communicate clearly and with passion in order to transfer your vision onto those around you so that they can run with it.
