Often when somebody dies we take a good look at their life and find many amazing things that they said that we did not pay much attention to when they were alive. This is the case with the recent death of inspirational business icon, Apple’s Steve Jobs.

Dr. Martin Luther King (Jnr) said: “Take the first step in faith.  You don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step.”

Self-love starts by saying the words: “Me, I love you”, even when you don’t feel it. These words have an almost magical power that will lift you out of a slump and bring lightness to your day. Do this often and suddenly you will find you really do feel loved.
