Don't be scared of wine - it's not as confusing as you think. Invest in a corkscrew, open your mind to exploring new tastes and don't say things like, "I don't drink red wine." The basics are easy to digest but wine is essentially about what tastes best to you - but you've got to train your palate first and learn the basics before you can jump to conclusions and judge a wine.

1 teaspoon Soya margarine
1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
Pinch of ground cumin
Pinch of ground cloves
1 cardamom pod
2 teaspoons honey
2 dessertspoons plain low fat (Bulgarian) yoghurt
