Winning at the CCMA as an employer is extremely difficult, usually because the employer is always the accused, and as the accused you are always seen to be “guilty until proven innocent”! Is this fair? Of course not, but that is the perception and it is therefore up to you, as the employer, to prove your innocence.

Society is about conformity and complacency. Big business is almost entirely about the same. Entrepreneurship, in both contexts, is about the opposite. Entrepreneurship means breaking from the norm. It involves a shift out of the overwhelming pull of conformity towards life and prosperity. It involves another kind of awareness, an access to different energy to which the norm has no normal access.
